At Care Free Tools, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Gift cards, if applicable.
- Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request promptly.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] within the eligible return period.
- Wait for return instructions from our customer support team.
- Ship the approved return within 7 days after receiving our return authorization.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Process
After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued only after the return has been successfully verified.
Cash on Delivery Orders
As Care Free Tools accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be provided through a mutually agreed refund method after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product of equal value.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
